Happy and proud my “topical” and “insightful” content helped Praxity Global Alliance win Campaign of the Year.

Huge congratulations to the Praxity team for their hard work creating industry-shaping debate and commentary.

Praxity is the world’s largest alliance of independent accounting and consulting firms, with members in over 100 countries.

The association scooped best campaign at the Accountant & International Accounting Bulletin Awards.

A Praxity spokesperson said strong content helped the Alliance win the award, adding: “Over the year, Praxity’s tailored and targeted communication strategy – aligned with business goals to build reputation and effectiveness – featured a wide range of topical online and print articles, and more insightful thought leadership features, blogs, publications and conferences.”

What made the programme distinctive was how it addressed broader issues, not just accounting, such as ethics, trust, human rights, digital technology and cybersecurity. This placed Praxity “at the forefront of commentary on global developments”.

Praxity added: “While content evolved, engagement grew, as Praxity extended the reach and effectiveness of the social media and digital channels it uses to share news and insights and update Member Firms on Praxity’s services.”

The Alliance revealed its digital newsletter readership increased 29% in 2018 and its Twitter following has grown 10% since September 2017. Engagement rates have doubled to 1.45% – far greater than industry averages for professional services.

The award demonstrates the added value of insightful content and multi-channel marketing to drive engagement among stakeholders.
