What does International Women's Day mean to you?

I asked this question to accounting leaders in the UK, Australia, China and Canada.

I also asked about role models, what advice these leaders would give to their younger selves and what support their firms provide for women in the workplace.

Their responses provide a snapshot of what women in senior roles think, and what accounting firms do, in different parts of the world.
